Hi bam bam, most people who are over weight because of a series of many things. It is a balance act of eatting the right foods and exercise. Most the time if a person tries to keep up with the daily intake of fruits and veggetables they end up having to cut down on the more fatty foods that cause weight gain. I don't believe in all out starvation and completely cutting foods out of ones diet. Fatty foods are usually what help with energy and burning off fat in the muscles. That is where the balance act comes into play because you must exercise in order to keep healthy. Just try to cut back on the sweets and greesy foods like cheeseburgers and fries ect, and eat more veggies and fruits. In the mornings, do some light exercise while your body has just burned alot of calories while you were sleeping so sit ups will burn that fat in location and than go quickly to eatting a good large breakfast. Through out the day, between meals do some kind of exercise, walking , running, jogging, wrestling around, dance, what ever you can to get those muscles pumping and than just settle down and eat something balanced out. make sure you drink more water or decaf tea, juices to help flush your body of toxins.
