Do you have any great tips to lose body fat fast? I feel I am stuck in a rut and I really have to break the cycle and start afresh, but somehow I can't seem to quite get to the place I need to be and do something about it - find a diet I like, find a gym to join and just get on with it. I need a little help from my (online) friends though. What do you think is the best way to lose body fat fast?

Your post implies that you have not started doing anything in the way of weight loss yet. I am sure that one diet is better than another, and that one regime will make you lose the pounds a lot faster than another. I do know that not doing anything will ensure that you don't lose any weight at all, or perhaps even gain weight. I don't see how that could help?
