I looked in the mirror this morning after having a shower and I was disgusted by my flabby belly and legs. I want to do something about it, and I want to do something about it right now. I don't know why I never noticed it before because I can't have come overnight, I am sure. What diet plan to lose weight in a week would you recommend? Help me say goodbye to the fat!

Please start by telling us all about your diet at the moment. How much do you weigh? Is your leg and tummy fat the only problem, or are you also obese? It seems not, from your post, but these are all relevant factors. There are numerous good diet plans on the internet, but they are all tailored to different needs.
