Granted, they are hard to find: diet plans that are free, and still work. The other day, I found a free plan to lose a stone in a week. I haven't downloaded it yet but I am sure thinking about it! What do you think? Would you give a free plan to lose a stone in a week a chance, and why or why not?

Lose a stone in a week - for free? And this is something you have to download, so presumably you found it on the internet? Call me old-fashioned but but I don't think anyone should lose more than two pounds a week in body fat. Any more than than, and it will have unhealthy and unwanted side effects.
