Hi all. I need advice on losing stomach fat and I believe that you can help me! I'm 5'5, 137 pounds. I carry a lot of weight in my stomach and I would really like to get rid some of it. I’m also addicted to carbs - hope this is not too bad for my weight loss :-) What are good foods that should help me lose the weight? What else could I do? Thanks!

One thing you have to do is exercise!! If you aren't exercising than start right away!!! Do some type of cardio few days a week (first not more than 4 times a week but you can increase it after a while). I work out 5 days a week and than always give my body at least a day of rest. Also, it sounds like you are already eating healthy food so just start exercising and the fat will go away!! Hope this helps!
