I am 14, and i want to lose at least 20 pounds in a month. Is that possible? And if it is, how could i do it.

No thats not safe at all. Your suposed to lose about 3-4lbs a week. You can safely do it in 2months though! You need to eat healthy so cut out most of the junk like sweets and chocolate and fast food. Exercise for 30mins a day or 1hour 3 times a week. At 14 it should be easy for you to lose weight as you havent finished developing yet. Just make sure you dont starve yourself because  as soon as you start eating properly again you'll gain the weight again and put more on. I suggest cutting down on c**p foods and jogging for at least 10mins a day then you'll need to increase your jogging time as you lose the weight otherwise you'll stop losing and just maintain the weight you had lost.
