In past few years I had a very tough period of my life… but I won’t bother you with it… However, one of the results of antidepressants I was on is additional 45 pounds I gained in 3 years (and I am only 35!)…so now I have 165 pounds, meaning I have to loose those 45!!!!? Ha??? How exactly do I do that???

It certainly won’t be easy, you have to be prepared for that! You will do it gradually in one year, better year and a half this is more than possible! Be patient!
Ok, you are off antidepressant, right? Don’t worry, many people gain weight while on antidepressants. Important is not to follow your goal, which is 45 pounds off.
Start reading about proper nutrition (food pyramid) and try to find sport that you’ll be doing it with joy.
I am holding my fingers crossed for you!

don't try any "fad" diets. Eat 3 meals a day. should include 2 slices of bread (no buns or bagels) Eat lots of veggies and fish and chicken.

For supper I have a piece of chicken, baked potatoe, lots of veggies and a fruit for dessert.

I am never hungry. after awhile you don't crave the junk foods. It works for me I am 68 years old.
