Hi, im 19 years old, im 5’4” and weigh 223 pounds and I really don’t want to go on a diet. What else could I do? I have tried dieting and it just makes me sick and stuff so this is not an option. Is there anything else I can do ? please help me I am desperate. Im so ashamed of myself and I do not know how I even got this far. But its time for a change. Any suggestion would be really helpful. Thaaaanksssss

Pick something you are eating that you can live without and live without it.

Eat a little less of anything you can.

If you're drinking whole milk try working down to skim milk, one percent at a time.

Diet doesn't mean stop eating. It means eat less but healthy and avoid the oily food. so weight can be reduce easily.
