I know that diet pills have become increasingly popular over the last few years, which is all fine, but I think they can't possibly be very healthy for you, even the so-called "natural" ones. I'd like to lose weight without any diet pills. Can you share your experience of doing this? What did you do to lose weight?

Since when has dieting "without pills" become an alternative method of losing weight? Whatever happened to just eating less and the fat will disappear with time? Because, let's be clear, the weight will gradually go away when you simply start eating less, and healthier foods. The better you eat, and the less you eat, the more weight you will lose.
