You did not offer much info here...are you sick to your stomach? Bowel issues?
Several things could be the cause if you are not experiencing the above issues...even though 13 lbs is an enormous amount of weight to lose even with these: hyperthyroid, diabetis, stress.
If you have diarhia (sp) or other stomach issues it could be irratable bowel, gall bladder, pancreitis or numerous other things.
Which ever the case, if you continue to lose weight this fast I highly recommend going to the doctor ASAP.
