I am currently in the 8th grade, and go to a private middle school. I have to go to a public highschool next year, and I'm a little overweight.
I am 5'2 and weigh about 127 lbs. I am a size 7 in juinors (USA) jeans & medium in tops juinors (USA)
I want to be a 1 or 3 and a small. So I need to lose about 10-15 lbs.
I want to do this before the next school year.
I need a good way to lose weight, I want it to be healthy. No pills or stupid weight loss things. I want to be healthy and fit.
I want to keep it off too, so how do I do that?
Oh and how long will it take? But I need some tips. Thanks!

Honestly to lose about 10 to 15 lbs, all you have to do is increase you exercise level a little bit. Now it may be that you don't lose fat--it turns out that most people are born to be skinny or atheletic or overweight, so know your limits. You should lose about a pound or two per week. What do you think?
