If anybody can help, it is y'all here, I am sure! I really need to loser weight before I have an important (to me) event in two weeks time. The problem is that I definitely will not have any time at all for exercising, so I am afraid that whatever weight loss method I choose will have to be a diet or something similar. What do you think is the best way? I have about 4 lbs to lose.
