It's not the volume of semen that most women enjoy feeling inside them..it's the twitching or swell you make as it happens, the deeper thrusting as you lose control. Of course it's nice to suddenly feel extra wet down there, or to even have some leak out... but I think most women don't even realize it's not so much the amount of cum but the feeling of him having the orgasm. I've been lucky to be with women who love this, and yes, it is psychological. From my real, personal experience I can tell you that women feel _sexy_ when they feel lots of semen falling on them, or shooting inside them, or whatever.
