Hello,

I have extremely uncomfortable low back pain and tissue in my urine. I do not have frequency of urination or pain upon urinating, although I do urinate frequently, which is nothing new. Should I be concerned?

I would certainly see a Urologist. He would most likely send the tissue to pathology to definitively determine what it is.

If the problem continues, a cystoscopy can be considered to look for anatomical abnormalities.

As to the pain, it could be associated with kidney infection of disease. The pain could also be related to your gall bladder.

I would discuss these possibilities with a urologist.
