i feel excessive pain almost when finishing urinating some three days ago, now i find blood oozing out with some clots after i urinate. can any help me?

You'd better see a Urologist ASAP. This is NOT normal and you may have anything from a severe UTI to Cystic growths in your bladder. Don't screw with this - get some medical attention.
