I did an amino acid panel 2 months ago that showed overall levels in the low range and a few (6) amino acids bellow range.
Dr. added amino acid (glutamine +Threonine) + increase animal protein in diet. This seemed to have worked really well. Most amino acid level are now in upper range. Phosphoserine is the only one that is still too low and actually 0.1 lower than 2 months ago.
Found on documentation that high level is due to functional magnesium deficiency, but could not find cause / solution to low level phosphoserine. any ideas? thks!
