Hmmm… normal… you really should exercise more…swim or do something that is interesting to you. I think your pain derives from not moving your body and sitting mostly. How do you sit? Are you careful that you sit with straighten up back? It is very important how you sit, for example secretaries have special tutorials where they teach them how to sit… all your angles have to be 90 (in your knees, lower back, ankles). So, exercise and straighten up sitting.
When you feel pain in lower back, sit down, put your legs on chair or something, in order to be in higher position (legs) than your hips. This relieves my lower back pain.
