I have lower left pelvic pain radiating to the back and no other symptoms.  The pain is the same that I would get when I had my period, only this time it is stronger or was stronger for a few days that I couldn;t even bend and now it come and goes.  I am in menopause.  I do not have any other symptom.  What could it be.
