Lower Right Pain

hi like 12-15 days ago if not longer I woke up with this kinda burning pain seemed to be radiating from my lower right to my hip what followed was a lot of pain through the day i went to the doctor like a day or two later still having these bad pains she suggest it could be a kidney stone or urine infection so I gave a urine sample she found BLOOD in my urine and sent it of it came back "no infection" the pain wore off compared with when I first had it a lot ....... but recently it's all kinda kicked off again was bad yesterday really bad today also ive been feeling warm for days (could be related to dental problems though i have two wisdom teeth what inflame every few months making pockets what gives me a slight fever) but yeah on monday im going to ask for a scan

any suggestions on what could cause this pain im not having problems urine wise stools do appear slushy ive looked into IBS but could that really cause this kinda agony for this long? also would you say appendix is ruled out considering the amount of time I've had it? seems to be worst in the afternoon
