Hi. I'm 14 years of age and recently i woke up to a pain in my sleep, just under the nipple as some would say, is like a small thicker little ball thing. Like maybe a ball of clustered fat. Im too embarrassed to speak to my parents. and i really just need something, anything to tell me if i do or not.

don't worry too much - seek doctors attention but it is most probably just a sign of puberty. I had it when i was about your age, it hurts a little and after w while it should go down!

That lump could be enlarged breast tissue, and the condition is called Gynecomastia. Normally happens at the onset of adolescence due to hormonal imbalances in the body. But nothing serious from what I ve heard.
You could consult with a doctor if you suspect it is something otherwise..
