hello i am a 20 year old white male 5'11 and about 155-160
i have a lump on my testical and its been there over 2 years now.. size has stayed the same as far as i can remember
i've had this pain in my lower stomich and what feels like sometimes my kinney and or liver... not sure the pain gets so bad i drop to my knees and cry... i offen end up having to use the bathroom and force myself and it helps a little not always.... i went ot the doctors and he reffereved me to a speccailist and duke unveristy,, but as i have no health insurance i was confused on what i can do... i'm 20 i am dealign with legal matters and i have no income.... i would say it feels more like a peice of rice then anything esle but over all could this be really bad? I've been hit 100x in the balls , kicked , punched through most of my child hood (more then most) after seeing the doctor i never went back... bc i couldnt afford it with out insurance... what should i do? what could this be?

You need to get this checked out. Especially so if you have pain that has spread to your stomach or abdomen. Could it be testicular cancer? Yes. Without an examination we can't tell.
Check with your doctor or local hospital. Many hospitals run clinics and have what is known as a "free care pool." If you are in the US you can also try www.hrsa.gov. It is the Health Resources and Services Administration. They provide healthcare services an no or low cost.
