I was playing around with my tool this morning when I noticed I have a nasty lump on my nuts. I am very worried about this because of all the publicity about testicle cancer recently. I am quite sure that the lump was not there before, and I do check that general area very regularly. Please advise me! My dangly bits are very important to me and I would like to keep them!

Well, good for you for you noticing the lump so soon! Early discovery is the key to getting better again when it comes to testicular cancer. Of course this is not necessarily what you have, but it could be, so I do advise you to follow your self examination up with a doctor's visit! They will be able to diagnose your lump very quickly.
