Can anyone tell me what unusual lumps on testicles can be, other than cancer? I am pretty sure I don't have cancer, yet there is this unusual growth that was not there before. I am thinking that it might be a cyst or something. Do any of you have any thoughts on the matter?

I am 21 and just recently had a small pea-sized mass looked at that was attached to the epididymus and he said it could either be a hydrocele or a spermatocele. It would probably be a good idea to get it checked out to be safe. Hope this helps a little. Stay well.
