I have a very painful lump under the skin on my anus I thought it was a hemroid but it has gotten bigger its went from pea sized to a lil bigger than a marble there is no blood or oozing of any kind just hurts I have no insurance and don't want to go to the hospital if it is self fixable... Can Antony help me out with what this may be and if I need to be concerned about Cancer
