Hi, lately I've been sitting on a very uncomfortable chair at work, and for a very long period of time everyday. I've developed some sort of lump around 1inch (and growing) under my scrotum and above my anus. It is very painful to sit, walk or even lie down right now. It feels like a blockage but there has not been any trouble with urination. My doctor has recommended me with antibiotics but the lump hasn't disappeared and it's still growing. What is this? is this something serious and could be solved by taking antibiotics?
