I am RH- and have had autoimmune disease related issues for my entire life. By changing my diet to vegetarian, with occasional wild caught fish, I turned my health issues around almost totally. I cannot eat wheat/gluten/ corn/ excess sugar and unhealthy fats....all of which cause Lupus like symptoms, psoriasis, depression and anxiety. Now, almost 3 years since changing my diet, all these symptoms are gone.

I agree. I too am Rh-. I wonder if it also causes more extreme reactions to allergies. Or moreso that allergic reactions are catalysts to huge inflammatory flare ups . I’ve had immuno flare ups my entire life. Tons of testing, then they subside as fast as they come, leaving me exhausted and annoyed so I ignore it until it manifests in the next way. I’m 52, and starting with a severe reaction to Shellfish, excluding crab somehow, in 2013, I have declined in health. After that, I’m 2015 I had a bug bite on my neck ( not Lyme as was tested) and since then have had an inflammatory rash on my neck, torso, and occasionally thighs and shoulder. It aggravates with any stress, other bug bite, etc, I was tested for Lupus but had only 2 of 5 positive proteins. I always test positive for CA -125, and have PCOS since 16 yrs old. 2017 huge joint flare ups. Brain fog and slight organizational issues where never have before. 2018 traveled to Morocco, another bug bite and have been severely ill since. Exhaustion beyond normal, insomnia, memory loss, sore joints, swelling, cough with no production, dry eyes... all connected to RH-???? No one can figure out what it is but it’s more complicated each year.
