1.5 years ago I had a testicular contorsion and it died and had to be removed. Now my remaining testicle is constantly in pain and I'm having to take anti-biotics to battle cists. I don't reckon I'll be able to keep this one much longer. Is there a way to save sperm so my wife and I can have kids in the future? Or are we stuck with the only option of having kids now before I possibly loose my other testicle? What are our options if we want kids in the future, but not right now?

Yes, there are such things a "sperm banks" that allow parents to deposit their sperm.
This is typically done when a soldier is going overseas... and wants insurance for his wife and family to continue... or for someone who is facing a terminal illness or debilitating illness.
You can search on line for such a service, or contact your red cross to ask for help. But the most logical source would be the doctor who is treating you. I'd contact them and ask for a referral to find a sperm bank that operates in your area.
Also, check with your insurance to see if the maintenance cost is justified and covered by your policy. In some cases, it might be. But do it soon...
