----A few months earlier I accidentally buy a multi-vitamin supplement that contains Soy Germ which the ads claims that it helps increase estrogen. Problem is I'm a man and don't need this but i  already bought it and I can't return it so I end up with 2 choices whether to take it myself or give it away.
----Question! If I take it myself will there be any side effects or downhill or something? can a man takes something like this without it disrupting the men hormone's working? I always believed if a man got too much estrogen it could result in something bad in the body but recently I was informed that our body can deal with the excessive estrogen so it should be no problem I want to be sure that I can take something that increases estrogen without any problem later on or I will just give it away.
----Butea superba (I'm not sure if it's well known so I should first inform you that it's a herb that is used as aphrodisiac and may help increase testosterone) I have just taken a pill that contains this herb about 3 or 4 days but I have a problem like suddenly dry skin. I had always had oily skin but now it went dry like really dry and have sculps on my arms and face it would be normal if it was winter but now it is rainy in my country! so I try to figure it out and think of something like 1.It happens normally because my hormone is changing due to my age(turning 20) 2. It is totally not normal and can be because i took herb that increases testosterone too much? 3. Skin went dry has nothing to do with hormone stuff?
Sorry for my bad english I'm not a native so I'm not sure if you will understand what I want to say so feel free to ask for more info or anything that you don't understand about my questions.
Thanks in advance.
