Hi I have a bad middle back pain. This occurs only after I am eat too much, but happens in the night time when I get really bad middle back pains with stomach pains. I am really scared to eat too much because of those unbearable pains. I know that I need to see the doctor, but I dont think that they will find something. I need help I am only 20 years old and these pains started to happen 2 years ago
