I had a miscarriage in aug. that lasted 3weeks when i was 7 weeks far along. now being in jan. i think i might be pregnant again but i dont know for sure sure because the lines on the test were so light. if i am again i want to make sure i dont loose this one also so is there ANYTHING that i need to stay away from & not do??? Last pregnancy i didnt know until i was 4 weeks in & until then i was drinking a little, constantly in the direct sun, out in the beach for hours during the 98+ degree weather, in hot tubs etc. but the doctors say it was just something that happened for no reason, still i want to make sure this time i do everything to keep it. any suggestions???

Hi! Medical conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart, breathing, or kidney problems can become more serious during a woman’s pregnancy. Regular prenatal care can help ensure a healthier pregnancy for a woman and her baby. Maintaining a healthy weight and diet, getting regular physical activity, and avoiding smoking, alcohol, or drug use is very important, just as starting prenatal care appointments early in pregnancy. Take care and good luck.
