Hello,
I'm a 21 year-old female and would like to think I'm very familiar with my own body and what's normal for me.

Today however, while I was about to get dressed and sitting down, I had a very white milky liquid literally drip out of my vagina and I've never had discharge like that before.

I've read up a few things and apparently this can happen when ovulating, but I'm on the pill so I'd like to hope I'm NOT ovulating! Otherwise I'm worried I'm at risk for pregnancy.

What do you think?

There is a very natural and familiar version of that, which is that while most women tend to secrete clear fluid during arousal, some women secrete a milky fluid, perhaps not all the time, but definitely enough of the time (ie: as a percentage of women) to be considered 'normal'.

That is not to say that that was the case here: you don't mention any smell, or anything else alarming, but if in doubt go check it out...
