For over a year now, I've had these redish/skin color kinda bumps all over my penis. And I've noticed there over my ball sack as well. I see hair growing out of some so I thought they were ingrown hairs. But they aren't going away. And I'm like scared to have any type of sexual relationship with girls, cause idk if that's normal or anything. I've only had sex with one girl and I know she's clean. Plus I've had these bumps before I had sex with her. I just kinda wanna know if I can get rid of these things. Or someone tell me what I can do

Well I don't want to scare you and I understand how embarrassing it could be to go to your GP or to talk to your parents about it, but what worries me is the fact that you have those bumps for a year now. I also don't think it is a STD. Bumps on or around the penis or groin area are typically caused by a reaction or irritation from underwear, soaps or genital shaving. Infrequent showering can also cause genital irritation. Red itchy skin bumps on the penis that secrete a clear fluid when scratched to the point of breaking the skin may be an indication that you have eczema. Itchy skin bumps are also common in reaction to allergies from facial moisturizers, make-up, sun block, soaps and other cleaning products used on the penis. So you should change the soap you're using, wear only cotton underwear, stop shaving that area (if you shave it), wait and see what happens. But still, the best idea is to see your doctor.

It is manifested as dryness and recurring skin rashes that are characterized by one or more of these symptoms: redness, skin edema (swelling), itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding.
