The first time I felt sick was on the plane back from Greece. It was a flight Athens-Zurich with Swiss Airlines. We had woken up at 3 in the morning to take our flight. I was feeling okay in the airport but everything went bad in the plane, I threw up and had light diarrhea. I am not sick in transportations, but maybe the stress of getting back home or the fact that I had breakfast at 3 that was confusing my digestive system. I took pills and everything went okay on the Zurich-Montreal flight. A few weeks later, due to an intense period of stress, I was throwing up every morning for a week or so. I was not eating a complete breakfast but once I'd thrown up, I took pills and went able to eat again after a few hours. Only, since my nausea left, I'm experiencing uncomfortable abdominal pain that wakes me up around 7 every morning. The pain doesn't disappear unless I go to the washroom 2-3 times and poo. It's been that for a week already, and my nausea is starting to get back since yesterday. I have school, you know, and not taking any breakfast is not good for me! I'm not under any medication other than Voltaren Emugel for my knee, but since it's a cream, I don't see how this could be the source of my problem. I made reseach on my symptoms and nothing fully corresponded. Since the source of that stress period I had is eliminated, I don't see why I get all these discomforts. I tried Probaclac to rebalance my intestinal flore, but it didn't work. I've been experiencing morning abdominal pains before, but they were caused by my periods. I'm a 16-year-old girl, from Canada.
