is morning walk good for health? i hve just started to go for morning walk... thinking ill will b fresh.... for the rest of the day.. but infact i fell very sleepy... although i have a good nap.. but still.

hi, its strange that you feel sleepy, maybe you aren't getting enough sleep during a night? try extra 1-2 hours and than see if that helps. There are plenty of beneficial effects of morning walking, such as weigh loss you mentioned, cardiovascular health and overall health, also increased strength in legs and better shape. Don't know why you have such negative results, if it doesn't suite you just don't do it anymore and find some other physical activity. Hope this helped.
