That is your aorta, if it's pulling that is your aorta which can be felt laying down in the center of your stomach. If it's painful see a doctor.

Guys a movable lump around the abdomen thats small around 3-5 centimeters or lower is most likey a lipoma.or it can be a cyst but that often is a little painfull.or it could be a hiatal hernia but that is usualy a little bit different and wont move around under the skin but rather appear and dissapear when pushed.i have a lump between my abs and ribs too.

I have the same thing. Sometimes it is near my belly button on the right. Other times it is right above or below. It is always on the right to mid stomach. I have had this for a couple of years. When I take Miralax for a couple of days I don't feel it as much. Dr wants me to have an ultrasound. Did anyone ever find out what this is ?

I also have had this right upper abdomen moving lump and mild gnawing pain or sensation. Had a CT with contrast, an abdominal xray, HIDA scan, colonoscopy, entire abdominal ultra sound, dozens of blood tests to look for big, scary diseases or cancer, had the disgusting series of fecal matter tests, been to the E.R., seen several physicians and.......got no answers, a few shrugs and all have said no serious health issues detected. So I quit looking to the medical professionals for help. Personally, I think it's my gallbladder or the mysterious floating kidney that NONE of the drs I saw headrd of, or even a duodenum issue. If I eat poorly I feel terrible have that "pain" and feel the lump. If I stay on a nearly vegan diet I feel better, have less issues with "the lump" and it's accompanying pain. It's very anxiety producing, I have to agree with you all on that one. But if anyone gets and actual diagnosis I'd be very interested in learning what it is they tell you. Good healing thoughts to you all.

I've recently experienced the same feeling, & I've also had numerous ultrasounds. I'm leaning toward a spasm, I've been lifting & moving things around a little more!

I also have the same problem. The size is about of finger nail. but in my case i have noticed i have 3 lumps in different positions.
Doctor told me it's might be genetics although i am not fully convinced yet.

This would sort of make sense, except it's currently been over 24 hours since I've eaten (to test this) and it's still there.
