I have been wondering the same thing.
So it’s a normal thing to feel almost like a ball in my stomach I can literally roll it around push it up down. It doesn’t hurt but I have been consistently wondering what it was.
Sometimes it makes my stomach look bigger but I can push it in and is not visible for sometime.
I was starting to wonder if it was a tumor.

I read ALL the comments!
I've been having the same exact problems ever since I began running long distances putting a lot of pressure on my body to finish 8 kilometres for 5 days in a row.
At first I had severe short of breath and trouble falling asleep and nausea.
Another one accompanying the above-mentioned symptoms was a constant ringing sound in my right ear.
I do agree that I exerted tremendous pressure on my body as I had spent quite some months leading a sedentary lifestyle having the lowest physical activity throughout my life. I assume this amount of pressure kinda shocked my body.
At first I suspected that it could have something to do with my diet and strenuous exercise, so I decided to watch my diet vigorously and avoid eating any unhealthy food. I also stopped running afterwards switching to cycling.

Finally I summoned up the courage to consult my general practitioner. She said this pulsing sensations in your abdomen is related to your aort, which is not abnormal, but she couldn't find the lump by touching the abdomen.
She also began suspecting my mental condition as I complained about my feeling of anxiousness about these health problems.
As a result she prescribed me some anti-depression pills which she believed they could help her identify the cause of ringing sound in my ear. I took the pills and finished with the dosage prescribed and I saw no change in my ears. Nevertheless, over the course of 2 months this ringing in my ear has noticeably subsided which is good news. I still have, though!
I did also gave blood tests. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with my blood tests. However, after what I have been going through, I should say, I still feel this lamp moving up and down whenever I put my fingers on it. It is more noticeable early in the morning when I am about to open my eyes, and after urinating things go back to normal. Moreover, I have been having good appetite.
No matter what I do, this problem always makes me wonder whether there is something wrong with my health. Unfortunately, I don't feel as strong as before.
Hope I could find a fix to this nagging issue.

Did anyone get any real answers? I’m totally having an almost-panic-attack because when I lay down one side of my lower abdomen sticks out but if I press on it, it just goes away or moves to somewhere else. It doesn’t hurt when I press down. What in the world is this?? It almost feels gas-like when pressed on.

Guys please see a gastro doctor
And have an endoscopy done.
That would really help you.

Hello,

I hope everyone can see this...

I had the same thing ( a moving lump, that was not painful) 8 months ago and came to this thread and was disappointed and relieved at the same time that no real answers were given.
After various tests, an Ultrasound, a colonoscopy and an endoscopy... my doctor still said it was Gas. I gave up ? Gluten and Dairy, but to no avail. As the lump was there and causing me anxiety the doctor thought it was a mental issue and kept brushing me off.

But I was persistent.

After 6 months, my lump moved to the right and I had terrible pain. I changed doctors and he sent me for an MRI... I had a cyst embedded in my mesentery. The cyst was 9cm by 7cm big. It was moving because it was on my mesentery. They missed it on the ultrasound because they may have been focusing only on my organs.

I had the cyst surgically removed and they had to take out some of my small intestine too.

Between having the MRI and a CT (to plan the surgery better) the cyst had grown 2cm in two weeks.

Just listen to your body and demand testing.

You know your body the best.

even if it is caused by anxiety... the doctors job is to always check.

All the best.

So i also have the same problem. A year and a half go i started losing a lot of weight, no pain but i didn't feel like eating. I felt a lump in my belly it was very small at first so I had an ultrasound done and the doctor saw nothing, I did a lot of blood test and everything came back normal, i became very depressed. Over the year it got bigger. I started taking a vitamin called weight on and it helped me a lot, I gain back few pounds but i dont go anything higer than 105. I recently joined gastro clinic and had an endoscopy done it showed that I have acid reflux and gastritis. They still didn't see any lump but I can still feel it. I an appt for a ct scan and an ultrasound again.
Hopefully they find something this time.

To everyone who is going through the same thing I feel your pain and its not an easy thing to be going through
