hey everybody...I am 19 years old and healthy....for a while now i have had a lump on the top of my testicle that goes away and then re-appears. It usually lasts a couple of months before it goes away again, but when its there the lump is moveable and is pretty painful...Its situated on the top right side of my right testicle...There is no swelling, or any signs of change in my testicle..everything is normal exept the lump....It only hurts when i push on it and when im driving/sitting in a seat and put my legs together....Im going to be going to the doctor for my aviation Class 1 medical exam but im worried the lump will not be present for the exam...I just wanted to have some opinions on what it may be before i take the trip to the docotr...I have no history of cancer in either side of my family...
