Hi, I recently found a tiny bump (almost like a spot) on the right side of my scrotum, I then realised I had loads of little white pimples on my scrotum however the initial bump I found was slightly bigger then the pimples. After a while the bump disappeared but I have now found a lump on the top of my right testicle! I am freaking out!! I'm not sure what it is... Please help!
