I don't know what it is, but it is a soft lump that comes down from my RLQ side (right lower quadrant) when I am standing or runing or walking with some minor pain - I can easily see it when looking down or standing in front of a mirror.  I can push it right back in, but after a few stretches or standing up, it comes down again.  Sometimes i think it's gas related but why suddenly and so repeatedly.  it is like as if I have ruptured something and now it can move down when I'm standing or I'm up right.  I also think it may have something to do with my recent weightloss perhaps (lost over 20lbs in a short period of time by dieting and excersing).  I'm also 47 yrs old (male) so maybe part of it is because I'm aging.

if you can help, pls do so.
