I'm a 21-year-old male. When my girlfriend gives me oral sex, when I climax, it feels like I am having two or three, sometimes more, orgasms on top of each other. Like I build up, have a feeling of climax, and ejaculate, but then it feels like I'm at a plateau and not quite at climax yet. Then if she keeps going, I build up to a more intense climax again within 5 or 10 seconds, and the same thing happens, until I get to one final intense climax where I'm completely done. Again, this usually happens with at least two of these climax sensations, but sometimes more (up to 5). I don't fully stop ejaculating the whole time this is happening, I just slow down during the "plateau" period and ejaculate fully during the "climax" period, so I tend to ejaculate way more than I would normally. This doesn't happen if we have sex or I masturbate either, so I'm wondering what this is. It isn't unpleasant at all (quite the opposite actually) but I want to make sure it not something bad (which I hope it isn't). I don't think I'm one of those guys who can experience multiple orgasms either, with a short refractory period or without going soft. After this happens, I go flaccid and my penis gets sensitive (like it normally does after sex or masturbation). Thanks in advance for your answers

Women are lucky in that department. Men, not so much. It's basically impossible for guys to have multiple orgasms, during each of which they ejaculate, because men need a resting period, or a refractory period, before they can ejaculate again. That's just how the male physiology works. Semen and sperm need time to be produced.

Guys can, however, experience dry orgasms, orgasms during which they don't ejaculate. This is especially likely to result in multiple orgasms if you do prostate massage.

What you're talking about is frankly something I've never heard of before, but it doesn't sound harmful in any way.
