I cannot say that it is something serious but it just will not leave. I practice aerobic three times a week for two years now and I thought that there is nothing wrong with my body. Well, the safest routine would lead you to a doctor and a thorough examination of your health status. You have been practicing aerobic for quite some time so your body should be able to coupe with that physical stress. Perhaps you should stretch out a bit more and more effective after the workout, but I assume that you have already tried that. Perhaps couple of days resting might do some good.
