Hello there, I am a guy who is 17 years old. Recently, my friend and I have started to work out. I am not very experienced about working out, therefore I need an advice. How important is the warming up. You know stretching muscles and stuff. Is this so important? I hope that I will get an answer pretty soon because I wouldn't like to end up injured or something.

Hi, of course that stretching is most important. There is not much more to say. For example, if you don't warm up and do something physically, there is greater probability of some kind of injury. That is not always the case but it may be. I couldn't move my arm because my right shoulder has hurt like hell. But anyway, that answers your question.
