Hi, my two year old picks my mole on my chest and he won't stop everytime he is close to my chest he picks it, I thought is was a security thing but he does it all the time and if you put your hand over it he gets mad and tries to move you hand when he finally gives up he starts to pick the one my the back of my neck. He picks my husbands too. Yesturday he went to pick my beightbours face. Sometimes he grinds his teeth when he does it. I am really concerned. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Like anything else, you need to teach him not to do this.
Concentrate on telling him that it hurts.
Tell him that we don't do things that hurt people.
If he persists, then punish him (Nothing severe... just make certain it is assocatiated with the behavior.
Reassure him that you love him, but it's the behavior that hurts people. Give him an alternative to do.
This is just basic education and conditioning... stick with it. Don't send him mixed messages or it will be harder
to "cure him".
