My 3 years old son holds urine all night sometimes for 10 hours

I'd say he's one of the lucky ones.

I've always been able to hold it for a whole day, so I've hardly ever felt an emergency situation coming on. Now at 72, my old buddies only wish they could do the same, my wife too. She has to go as soon as we get 5 miles from home on a trip. I go when I get up in the morning and rarely need to go again until evening.

So I think he's been blessed with a good bladder.

Is he wetting the bed or having any pain is he pees in the morning ? and as long is not Gating UTI,s  He fine. if you like know how match is in he's bladder have hem pee in to a large cup and musher the amount Normal for hes age is 120ml
