I have seen the full benefits of using for 3 months. The weight i lost was almost equivalent and cheaper. sleep deprivation on 40mg is way more noticeable. Shame not able to have for extra 3 months :(

I've taken duromine on and off over the years, 1-2kg per week was the normal weight loss.. when i get to 115kg i panic as my normal weight is 100-105kg and I head to my doctor and combine them with a Healthier lifestyle and good cardio, atleast 60 mins of brisk walking, the weight Will come off .I Will be honest once you take them you will want to work like a beast when on them,once you do get off them and are not doing that healthy eating and exercise it will bounce the weight back..

Hi i have started my 40mg today. Took at 9am dont feel any different i have slight headache dry mouth feel little agitated. Still feel hungry. I feel lathargic think thats from the unhealthy food i have been eating. Ill see how i feel tomorrow morning.

This is not posssible if you're eating healthily. The added weight could be muscle mass but is most likely a higher calorie meal...even if it's smaller. Don't forget alcohol is high in calories as well.

If your training at the gym, you need to account for muscle gain which weighs more than fat. Weight usually isn't a problem I've seen lots of people have fat around the stomach and bum, they train really hard and look amazing, thinner and stronger but still weigh more than when they started. Don't be disheartened though. To truely see weight loss go off measurements not your weight and you'll be happier with the results.
