So its not the frenulum being tight restricting you from pulling your foreskin back then?
Do you mean that the foreskin is still fused to the glands (head of you penis then)?

First of all before thinking about surgery do the stretching exercises like I said while showering or bathing pulling the foreskin back to where its stuck then applying light pressure pulling back a little more just so it adds a little tension to where its stuck but not painful then hold it there an repeat a couple times a day also rub anticeptic cream in to the area where its fused to after every time stretching, if you have some coconut oil rub that into the area and it will also keep the skin soft.

If you Google about foreskin fused to the glands like I just have you will find most answers given are what I have just told you to try, if you don't try it you don't know if it is going to work for you!

Don't come here asking for answers if your not going to be willing to try what we tell you!

I don't need to see a photo as there are only 3 options

1.Tight foreskin (Phimosis) where it can't be retracted over the glands because the opening it to small.

2. A short frenulum (frenulum breve) where the frenulum is to short to let the foreskin slide right back with out pulling the penis head down.

3.Foreskin adhesion (Preputial adhesions) where the foreskin is still attached to the penis head (glands) in places.

All 3 of those you can use stretching techniques to help get the foreskin to retract correctly as I have said before.

It should not hurt but be uncomfortable. If it hurts u risk tearing skin that heals over and becomes tighter

Yes I can't get it back when erected and if I try to pull it back it hurts

Here's my story foreskins always been a bit tight but would retract a bit wen erect but and easily wen flaccid sex was fine and all until a few years ago it got real tight wouldn't retract even wen soft I tried and it got stuck over the head took the dr at the hospital 20 mins to get it back they said I need to get circumcised but I didn't want to. penis was sore for ages after to so then I got stretching rings but never succeeded with them almost got it stuck again recently at 32 I got circumcised as I nearly got it stuck again

My understanding is I was embarrassed about my penis wen I was younger thought it was heaps small and to awkward to show anyone but I'm probs average 5.5 seen a fair few of them now lol

There are a few types of phimosis or paraphimosis apparently I could have made it worse forcing it so it went tight

See a Dr about it cause u might be able to save it before u have to get cut there health professionals it's actually not awkward u don't know them and there not going to laugh there in that job because they want to help
Hope it helps
