My genitals are scabbing, and there is a blister like bumps

I am 27, been in a faithful 3 year marriage, 3 months ago I developed red sores that itched "like an inside itch" severely, and now they are scabbing, moved to my inner thighs, scrodum, and blister like bumps on my fingers and elbows. My wife has been checked for STD's do too the fact we have a 2 month old baby, so therefore she has been checked for the past 11 months. During that time she had gotten scabies but I never broke out into any kind of itch or problem until 3 months ago, and then it has been mainly on my penis up until 2 weeks ago. I noticed it on my hands and elbows. She also had yeast infections, so is this something I caught before we got together or is it a fungus,infection,scabies or what? Please to embarrassed to go to the clinic,and one more thing that might help they gave her cream for the scabies,and antibiotics for the yeast infections.
