Hello, I am a mother of the 12 year old kid. The thing is, he has been having problems with E. Coli in his urinary tract. He was under the therapy for couple of weeks but the bacteria are still present. Is there something more I can do to help him?

Well, E. Coli is known to be very persistent and that means that the therapy might last for couple of months. And you have to be aware that E. Coli sometimes might only be subdued and still present in the organism, even though it is not shown on the test results. I guess you have to be persistent too, and with the proper and regular therapy, the bacteria will be gone after a while.
