I just turned 15 a few weeks ago. I haven't grown penis or testicle size at all. I have some pubic hair about 1.5 inches long at the base of my penis. I have no under arm hair at all. My legs have hair and it's all blonde. I just need to know if I need to talk to my doctor about this and if so, how do I ask him about it? Please help

You ARE in puberty and NORMAL.
We all develop differently. Some guys get big early and others later. Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
Many 15 year old don't have under arm hair. It often comes along later.
Don't compare yourself to others. There is nothing wrong.

Any time. You don't need to talk to your doctor basically because there is NOTHING they can do. You just really have to let "nature take it's course."
You'll grow. Give it some time. 3-4" would be average, erect, for a 14 year old. For an adult, 5 - 5 1/2".

And one more thing to. It's been the same for about a year and a half. Nothing has changed since then the only thing is happening is I'm getting a little taller and my feet are getting a little bigger.
