My menstruation is 2 weeks delayed.

I took a test 2 times already and both are negative.

Testing dates:

March 23 negative
April 13 negative

I been delayed for 2 weeks now. May last period last june 25 was delayed for 10 days too. May cycle was 30 days. I didnt take any test now. But i fee sore my nipple last july 20 i think it last for 7 days and last day my breast was sore to. This is what i fee everytime my period was on the way. Hi. My menstruation is always two weeks delayed, and now I am 12 days delayed "again". Every month is like this. Is it abnormal menstruation?
